Bridget Lemons, Program Manager

Bridget holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Texas State Technical College –Waco and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. Prior to joining the Parenting Cottage, Bridget was a supervisor for CASA of the South Plains (Court Appointed Special Advocates) advocating through the courts system for children in the custody of the Children’s Protective Services. During her time at CASA she provided case management and managed volunteer advocates including conducting home visits and family visits. Her other experience includes serving as a Conservatorship Caseworker for Department of Family and Protective Services where she provided one-on-one services to families in crisis. Her additional experience includes serving as a Technology Manager with Lubbock Independent School District’s Dupree Elementary where she provided education to children kindergarten through sixth grade in advanced technical skills and integrated lesson plans to meet the Texas Essential Skills guidelines.
