Christina Foster, MS, Program Manager
Ms. Foster holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Communication Disorders and a Master’s degree from Texas Tech University in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Child Development.
Experienced in the field of Early Childhood Development, Ms. Foster holds dual certification from the National Center for Parents as Teachers as a Supervisor and Parent Educator as well as additional certification as a National Trainer for Parents as Teachers in Prenatal-3 years. She is also a certified Family Wellness instructor.
Ms. Foster serves as the program manager for the community based programs offered by the Parenting Cottage and chairs the Community Collaboration Committee for the Parenting Cottage. She also serves as a member on the United Way Success by 6 Partnership Council and Building Strong Families Conference Committee. Ms. Foster has also served as a community educator in the area of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
